Daniel Radcliffe
Daniel Radcliffe, better known as the actor who played Harry Potter in the franchise films, struggled with alcohol for many years. He admitted to drinking heavily on set and blacking out in public. Three years ago, he decided it was time to take control of his health and put the alcohol use behind him. He has been candid about his struggle to get sober, and how he now enjoys reading and exercising instead of grabbing a drink.
Demi Lovato
Demi Lovato is a singer and child actor. She has been very candid about her mental health issues and multiple addictions, including drug and alcohol use. Even though she is a star, she has also been very open at relapsing. In the summer of 2018, she was found unconscious and rushed to the hospital for an overdose. She admitted she relapsed and used again. Since then, she has worked hard at maintaining her sobriety, and helping others who may be struggling to do the same.
